Superb four poster bed

The four-poster bed in the Adelaide King Room provided exceptional comfort, ensuring a restful night after exploring. Breakfast was a highlight, especially with options like Andre's Special eggs that were skillfully prepared, making it the best meal we had during our entire trip. However, the bathroom lacked some modern amenities, and the steep climb back from nearby dining options was a bit of a workout. While the charming decor contributed to the overall atmosphere, the creaky floorboards could be a distraction for light sleepers.

What a fantastic find in Launceston! The Adelaide King Room was delightful, with a bay window view of the stunning rose garden. Breakfast cooked to order by Andre was sensational, especially his special eggs. Linda and Andre were welcoming and shared great local tips that made our stay even more special.

The walk back up to the house is steep.

Our stay was wonderful, as we enjoyed a delightful morning breakfast and appreciated the charming atmosphere of the gardens surrounding the property, making it the perfect spot to relax after a day exploring nearby attractions like the Queen Victoria Museum and Art Gallery and Prince's Square, which are both within a short 15-minute walk.

Charming accommodation, attentive hospitality, with delicious breakfast options served in a lovely setting, made our stay unforgettable, especially since we enjoyed the comfortable room that had an electric kettle for our tea cravings and an ideal location just a short drive from downtown.

In my wife’s opinion, a small play area would be great for families.

Our stay was lovely, especially in the Emily room with its great shower and comfy sofa, perfect for relaxing after a day out. We enjoyed the beautiful garden area and the cozy TV lounge during our downtime. The only minor downside was the occasional noise from the nearby road, but it didn't bother us much at all. Definitely ask for recommendations on local attractions! 🌼

It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but let me tell you, every penny was worth it.
